1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without giving any reason and at no additional cost, subject to the exceptions in Section 2.

To exercise this right, contact us within the period above at hello@rbornhair.com, including your order number and your intention to withdraw from the contract.

Refund timing: once we receive your withdrawal request, we will issue your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of shipment.

2. Exception for Sealed Cosmetic Products

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened.

In practice:

• Bottle with seal intact: you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days as described above.

• Bottle opened or seal broken: the right of withdrawal does not apply, for hygiene and safety reasons related to the nature of the cosmetic product.

  
  

3. Returns for Defects or Non-Conformity

Regardless of whether the product has been opened, we accept returns and will replace or refund in the following cases:

• printing defects on the label or packaging;

• damage sustained during shipping;

• wrong product received;

• product not matching its description;

• other defects related to the manufacturing process.

  
  

How to proceed: email us at hello@rbornhair.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging. We will respond within 7 working days with return or replacement instructions.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, except in cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defect as described above.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal on a sealed bottle, return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Original shipping costs (paid at the time of purchase) will be refunded as required by law.

For returns due to defects, shipping damage, or our error, return shipping costs are covered by us.

5. Customs Duties on Non-EU Shipments

For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g. UK, US), any customs duties or import taxes applied on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable by RBØRN.

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Your total delivery time is made up of Order Processing (the time we need to pack and prep your items) + Shipping Time.

Processing takes 2 business days for small orders and up to 7 business days for larger orders.
