It is not self-declared - every claim is third-party verified. What is the difference between the Rosemary Scalp Oil and the Keratin Hair Mist? The Rosemary Scalp Oil (30ml) is COSMOS Organic certified and targets scalp health and hair growth - formulated with rosemary, peppermint, argan, and almond oil rooted in traditional Moroccan botanical remedies. The Keratin Hair Mist (100ml) is COSMOS Natural certified and targets strength and repair - formulated with hydrolyzed keratin, geranium, and citrus oils to rebuild hair damaged by heat and stress. Are your products suitable for all hair types? Yes. Both products are formulated to work across hair types. The Rosemary Scalp Oil is particularly effective for thinning hair, slow growth, or dry scalp. The Keratin Hair Mist suits anyone experiencing breakage, heat damage, or loss of strength. Where do you ship to? We currently ship across the EU, to the United Kingdom, and to the United States. How long does delivery take? Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. EU orders are generally faster than UK or US shipments. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is a flat rate of €3.90 for EU and US orders, and €5.90 for UK orders. No hidden fees. Will I pay customs duties on my order? EU customers pay no customs duties. UK customers please note that orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) - this means import duties may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. US customers are generally not subject to import duties on small personal care orders, though this may vary. Who ships my order? Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our European production facility. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer protection law, no questions asked. Can I return an opened product? For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
